Return Policy


It all started when…

Blowtique Dry Bar + Boutique is a locally owned, curated boutique in Johnson City, TN. Therefor, we do our best to manage our inventory and keep our boutique styles fresh + on trend. We want all of our babes to be completely satisfied with their order. That is why we offer qualifying returns for store credit. Here is a run down of the policy for returns.

  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of confirmed delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags to be eligible for a return.

  • We will not accept returns on items that show obvious use, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, or smoke.

  • Shoes must be in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box.

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is final sale.

  • Original shipping is nonrefundable.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping return cost.

  • Any unauthorized returns will not be processed and sent back to customer.


How to return an item purchased online

If you live locally, you can return your online purchase to the store for store credit.

Call or email us to obtain a return authorization within 30 days of receiving your order.

You are responsible for return shipping, unless your order was shipped with incorrect, or defective, merchandise.

Once we receive your return, we will process your items as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification with your store credit code.


Store Credit

Store credit will be issued in the form of a code sent via email.

You can use the store credit on any clothing items in store or online.

Store Credit never expires.

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit issued will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.


Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item with a problem or defect please call or email us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue.

Please include a photo of the defect in your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or incorrect sizing.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary slightly due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer screen resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages that have been returned to us as “undeliverable” are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.


In Store Pick Up

We offer free in store pick up for all online orders purchased.
